How CURE Created the Biggest NFT Competition in BSC History
CURE is a project known for its grand ideas and dedication to following up on them. The first ever charity created and backed token has vowed to do its part to help eradicate childhood cancer, and to that end has already raised over $400,000 for the cause since its inception 5 months ago, with a further $1 million USD pledged for 2022. However, not content with simply working alongside one of the biggest sporting industries in the world, CURE has taken even further steps to celebrate the partnership while showing the world that when it comes to pediatric cancer, the project means business. That is why it has just launched the biggest NFT raffle in the history of Binance, and perhaps even the entire cryptocurrency space.
Starting on the 16th February right up until CURE race day on September 11, CURE will be giving away over $175,000 of prizes in their NFT competition — which range from great, all the way up to frankly jaw-dropping. Some of the prizes include MacBooks, PlayStation PS5s, iPads, and iPhones, and not one but two Chevrolet Camaros.
But how does it work?
CURE will mint up-to 10,000 NFTs, and 38 of these will be randomly (and live on video) selected to win one of the aforementioned prizes. The more NFTs purchased the higher the tiers will go, opening up access to more expensive items, all the way up to the best of the best — a Camaro ZL1s, in honor of what Noah Gragson will be driving during their lauded ‘Race For A Cure’ campaign. Each NFT is very reasonably priced, costing only 0.15 BNB to mint, and there is no limit to the number an individual can buy as long as they don’t go over the total amount available. (Essentially the more NFTs someone buys the higher their chances of winning a prize — or even multiple prizes). Additionally, each NFT will receive 15% CURE reflections throughout the campaign for added incentive. Since its launch less than a day ago, the project has already almost reached its first target of 250 NFTs sold, and looks set to do plenty more as time goes on.
Indeed, it would be safe to say that given the growing hype and word of mouth spreading of the impressive NFT competition that the entire 10,000 NFTs will sell out well before the race day takes place in September (meaning the draw will take place far earlier). In addition, given that a percentage of each NFT sold goes directly towards funding the charity wallet — which is then used for charitable donations to crucial independent cancer research facilities and affected families – investors can feel a sense of pride, knowing that they are directly helping the cause.
In a space littered with meme coins and scams, it is refreshing to see a project that isn’t afraid to put its money where its heart is and follow through on the promises it makes. After all, no one wants pediatric cancer to exist, and many people actively support similar causes anyway, regardless of incentives.
Still, winning a car at the same time doesn’t hurt.
